Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights consist of:- Pay for all earnings earned (INFO # 3) at the rate accepted by the company and worker.

– Pay of a minimum of base pay (INFO # 1), the suitable Colorado or local base pay, and all made overtime earnings without impermissible reductions from their incomes;.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If an employer owes you earnings, you can send your employer a composed demand for payment of salaries by mail, email, text message, or other electronic means. A written demand might be sent out to the employer at the same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for overdue earnings is filed with the Division.
